Lawmakers to Bush: Put more pressure on Pakistan.

Member of the congress in Pakistan called Bush for ensure free and fair elections and talk about the importance of a free election and transparent counting of the votes.

The parlamentary elections which are elementary for the democracy and for restoring it on Pakistan, were in February but the case of the dead of prime minister (Benazir Bhutto) delayed.

Many people is working (domestic and forein) for a good election the must free and fair as posible. And in the other side are warried that election doesn't inspire confidence and with fear that the elections are transformed into a war of violence like right now on Kenya.

People like Boucher and Chris Shays talk about the elections and said it could be a very good elections but at the same time it could be a battle of violence similir that in Kenya. That why the United States as Bush can help if the elections don't result as planned and stop a civil war.

what - Britain's relations with Russia deteriorated further Wednesday after the director of the British Council office in St Petersburg was detained and its local staff were summoned for questioning.

Violence in Nairiobi, Kenya

Comment 1, January 10, 2008

" NAIROBI, Kenya (CNN) -- CNN reporter Zain Verjee was shot in the back with a tear gas cannister on Wednesday as running battles erupted between police and protesters after country's opposition leader called for three days of nationwide demonstrations against the outcome of last month's presidential elections."

I think that sometimes the people or this time the reporters are very exposed only for giving a new, otherwise they most wait for the things become not so dangerous in that zone. The violence is very big and I think that the police only don't have to stop the opposition of the protesters, they work is to prevent and care off everyone.
